Day 180 - Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted

So my daughter took it upon herself to roast the pumpkin seeds that came out of the pumpkins we carved.  She put salt on them (way too much) ... and garlic salt and cayenne pepper and who knows what else.  Yes, I did dare to try them.  Yes, I hated them.  The general opinion though from everyone seems to be the same, in that those seeds are entirely too salty ... but I Fear that is dear daughter's fault, and not the seeds themselves.  Perhaps I will like just regular ole plain pumpkin seeds as-is, without all the salt and such.

Meanwhile - today is Halloween and it is also my son's 8th birthday.  YAY for birthday boo and all the fun festivities that surround this day.
